Our approach is to identify key leaders with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of study with 3-5 years of work experience. These leaders are committed to being a global team of game-changers.
Through the GATE Project mentorship initiative and upon completion of their advanced degree, scholars will return to their home nations to begin the real work. Our end-game is to produce a global network of women, providing real solutions.
Our pilot program is being launched in partnership with universities aligned to our vision. Women from the international community with a bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience will be offered the chance to complete graduate studies at one of our partner universities.
